The strong Atlantic breezes, in harmony with our clay-limestone soils, offer fresh and vibrant features. Presents a yellow smooth colour, with greenish streaks. Fresh and citrus aroma, with sweet tropical notes of pineapple and apple. in the mouth, it’s fresh and has a good volume. To be drunk on itself or to pair with fish and salads.

Vinification
Manual harvest the two grape varieties were harvested and vinified separately, with temperature control and only later blended together. Eight months on the barrels with batonagge.

Climate under a strong Atlantic influence, providing fresh summers, pleasing winters, high frequency of fogs and high humidity all year. All of these factors provide a particular microclimate to our vineyards. Clay-limestone soils. An altitude of 200-300 meters above sea level.
