Vinification
All varieties were harvested and vinified separately, with temperature control and only later blended. Twelve months in French oak barrels, offering a wine full of life, freshness and elegance. This is one that shows the uniqueness of our terroir.
Climate & Soil
Climate under a strong Atlantic influence, providing fresh summers, pleasing winters, high frequency of fogs and high humidity all year. All of these factors provide a particular microclimate to our vineyards. Clay-limestone soils. An altitude of 200-300 meters above sea level.
